I’m honored to have co-lead this training since 2018. This comprehensive training is perfect for those feeling ready to teach Yoga, and for those wanting to deepen their practice.

Tonie Warner is E-RYT certified through the Yoga Alliance, and currently serves on the Teacher Training staff at Arise Yoga in Crown Heights Brooklyn. She also guest teaches at trainings offered by various organizations including Show Up with Love and The Restorative Yoga tracking offered by Libby Nicholaou. Teacher Trainings include the following elements: Ayurveda, Sequencing, Hatha Yoga, and Philosophy explored through The Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Mudras, Bandhas, Kundalini and the Chakras, Asana, and the ethics and business of teaching yoga.
