Arise Yoga 200hr Teacher Training
I’m honored to have co-lead this training since 2018. This comprehensive training is perfect for those feeling ready to explore the pathway to teaching Yoga, and for those curious in deepen their practice.
The intersections of yoga and social justice are threaded throughout this curriculum, and extended into a scholarship opportunity. BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ folks are encouraged to apply for the Amplified Voices Scholarship.

Tonie Warner is E-RYT certified through the Yoga Alliance, and currently serves on the Teacher Training staff at Arise Yoga in Crown Heights Brooklyn. She also guest teaches at trainings offered by various organizations including Show Up with Love and The Restorative Yoga tracking offered by Libby Nicholaou. Teacher Trainings include the following elements: Ayurveda, Sequencing, Hatha Yoga, and Philosophy explored through The Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Mudras, Bandhas, Kundalini and the Chakras, Asana, and the ethics and business of teaching yoga.
In addition to leading the annual 200hr YTT at Arise Yoga, Tonie also launched and leads the Planting Seeds Birth Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, accredited by Yoga Alliance.
